By accessing or using the TechKrystle website (techkrystle.com) and any tools provided on or through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access our website or use our tools.
Use of Our Services
Permitted Use
TechKrystle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our tools for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes — specifically for use as a teacher or educator.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of our tools or website without express written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our services
- Use automated scripts or bots to access, scrape or interact with our tools
- Distribute or commercially exploit any content generated by our tools without attribution
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our contact forms
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Intellectual Property
The TechKrystle website, its original content, features, tools and functionality are owned by TechKrystle and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Content you generate using our tools (such as report card text, remarks or question papers) belongs to you and may be used freely in your professional teaching capacity.
The underlying tool code, question bank content (including the MAHA-TET question database), and website design remain the property of TechKrystle.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our tools and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The tools will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate
- The questions or content in our tools are officially endorsed by any examination board
- Results generated by our tools are guaranteed to meet any specific requirement
The MAHA-TET practice questions are for educational practice only and are not official examination questions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechKrystle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or errors in generated content.
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services (which is zero, as our services are free).
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
